## 3 s tests cut from the real footage (`ice/plan/hook-tests/A.mp4`, `B.mp4`, `C.mp4`, `compare.jpg`)
- A: frame 0.2 s the missile breaks the sea surface, 1.5 s ignition and climb, 2.8 s the missile clears the frame centre; motion from the first frame; the host's voice names it. Defect found: the France 3 band ("nouveau missile") sits in the lower left of the vertical crop, so the build crops it out (zoom on the upper 80% of the frame).
- B: the host in a tight vertical crop, sharp, speaking; strong face, but the first 3 s are "فيه ناس تقول لك إنت قادر" with nothing yet to see or read.
- C: 0.2 s is the wide two-shot (the episode's own "محاولة فهم" corner mark shows in the crop), then a camera cut at 1.2 s to the guest's medium shot that this crop misses: a weak, unstable first second.
