  2. Briefing e leitura da referência

    O bruto tem 115 s de um único orador em dois ângulos de câmera. A referência, de 193 s, foi medida, não copiada: silhuetas em disco vermelho com títulos em pop no gancho, um cartão de seção em estilo grunge, um mapa em relevo azul-petróleo, tópicos sobre o orador desfocado, indicações de data e local, legendas rosa para quem é citado, um cartão final.
