这次运行的真实经过，一稿接一稿，包括委托人的每一轮反馈。内容取自案例研究中的对话。

  1. 提示词

    一条埃及阿拉伯语的消息，由主会话转述：按 Al Jazeera English 短视频（reference.mp4）完全相同的剪辑风格，重新剪辑 raw.mp4，即 Carney 总理的感恩节致辞，保留原始素材的内容和 Al Jazeera 的品牌形象；查找并下载最新的真实官方素材；所有事项自行决定，但在制作之前先展示预览。

  2. 简报与解读参考片

    原始素材是 115 秒，一位发言人，两个机位。193 秒的参考片是测量出来的，不是照搬的：开场的红色圆盘剪影和弹出式标题、粗粝质感的章节卡、青绿色浮雕地图、虚化发言人上的要点列表、日期地点标注、粉色的被引述者字幕、片尾卡。第 01 阶段的问题被用户免除，因此每个未定的选项都采用了推荐方案，并记录为一项决定。

  3. 选定分钟数

    基于逐字稿做纸面剪辑：开头 27.5 秒的感恩节问候被删掉，因为 Al Jazeera 的短视频以新闻开场，而新闻是一周后的公投。其后的内容全部保留，顺序不变，没有在句子中间切掉任何词：115 秒中的 86 秒。

  4. 分镜

    每个插入镜头都在素材台账中注明来源：CC BY 授权的总理办公室官方上传内容、通讯社和 CPAC 拍摄的集会画面、Natural Earth 地图，以及 Elections Alberta 的非官方结果（74.9% 支持留在加拿大）。

  5. 第一版预览

    在任何完整制作之前，先发送了一张包含 20 个风格帧的分镜表，以及一段带声音、27 秒的开场动态预览，等待批准。

  6. 委托人的意见

    委托人否决了用代码生成的音乐和音效，并要求：剪影只用于被谈论的人，绝不用于发言人；屏幕上的每个元素都要有理由；参考片的收尾效果（运动模糊、胶片质感、暗角、辉光、调色）要测量，不能凭猜测。

  7. 第二版预览：三条音轨

    三个 27.5 秒的开场，每个使用 Pixabay 上不同的真实资源库音乐，并按参考片分离出的音乐轨进行排序；每个屏幕动作配一条 Mixkit 实录音效；还有始终让 Carney 保持明亮的分镜 v3。

  8. 音轨 1

    委托人只用两个词回答："تراك 1"，即 Sonican 的 Tension News。完整制作随即开始。

  9. 第一次完整渲染

    完整的 95.6 秒画面以 1080x1920、2869 帧渲染完成。之后会话因用量上限暂停，恢复时 C 盘几乎已满，于是删掉了较大的中间文件，此后所有渲染都改到 D 盘。

  10. 检查第一版母版

    响度 -16.2 LUFS，所有规格检查都通过，但片尾卡静止了 3.2 秒（上限 3.0 秒），逐镜头缩略条还显示 78 秒处有来自源信号的白色 CPAC "LIVE EVENT" 标识画面。人群镜头提前 1.5 秒以避开该画面，Carney 的推镜加强了，片尾卡加入了缓慢漂移和淡出。

  11. 最终母版与交付

      Carney is the only voice, so he is always lit. His captions are pink (a quoted speaker, not AJ's narrator). Removed from the first preview because nothing justified them: every silhouette of Carney (he is the speaker, not the subject) and the Calgary rally podium B-roll (no sentence points to it).
