為什麼選這些片段

這段談話很短，所以幾乎全部保留。開頭 27.5 秒的感恩節問候被刪掉：Al Jazeera 的短影片以新聞開場，而這裡的新聞是一週後的亞伯達省公投，所以短影片從 "This year, Thanksgiving is a bit different" 開始。之後的內容維持 Carney 原本的順序，沒有在句子中間切掉任何字；只刪去 50.3 秒處 0.35 秒的停頓，章節卡就放在那裡。成片多出的 9.6 秒都是沒有人聲的卡片：22.75 秒處的章節卡，以及 87.65 秒之後的結果卡與片尾卡。

整個執行過程的實際經過，一版接一版，包含專案擁有者的每一輪回饋。依案例研究中的對話整理。

  1. 提示詞

    一則埃及阿拉伯語的訊息，由主工作階段轉述：依 Al Jazeera English 短影片（reference.mp4）完全相同的剪輯風格，重新剪輯 raw.mp4，也就是 Carney 總理的感恩節談話，保留原始素材的內容與 Al Jazeera 的品牌形象；找出並下載最新的真實官方畫面；所有事項自行決定，但在製作之前先展示預覽。

  2. 簡報與解讀參考片

    原始素材長 115 秒，一位發言人，兩個機位。193 秒的參考片是量測出來的，不是照搬的：開場的紅色圓盤剪影與彈出式標題、粗獷質感的章節卡、青綠色浮雕地圖、模糊發言人上的重點列表、日期地點標註、粉紅色的被引述者字幕、片尾卡。第 01 階段的問題被使用者免除，因此每個未定的選項都採用推薦方案，並記錄為一項決定。

  3. 選定分鐘數

    依逐字稿做紙上剪輯：開頭 27.5 秒的感恩節問候被刪掉，因為 Al Jazeera 的短影片以新聞開場，而新聞是一週後的公投。其後的內容全部保留，順序不變，沒有在句子中間切掉任何字：115 秒中的 86 秒。

  4. 分鏡

    每個插入畫面都在素材清冊中註明來源：CC BY 授權的總理辦公室官方上傳內容、通訊社與 CPAC 拍攝的集會畫面、Natural Earth 地圖，以及 Elections Alberta 的非官方結果（74.9% 支持留下）。

  5. 第一版預覽

    在任何完整製作之前，先送出一張含 20 個風格影格的分鏡表，以及一段帶聲音、27 秒的開場動態預覽，等待核准。

  6. 擁有者的意見

    擁有者否決了用程式碼產生的音樂與音效，並要求：剪影只用於被談論的人，絕不用在發言人身上；畫面上的每個元素都要有理由；參考片的收尾效果（動態模糊、底片質感、暗角、光暈、調色）要量測，不能憑猜測。

  7. 第二版預覽：三條音軌

    三段 27.5 秒的開場，各用 Pixabay 上不同的真實資料庫音樂，並依參考片分離出的音樂軌排序；每個畫面動作配一則 Mixkit 實錄音效；另有讓 Carney 始終保持明亮的分鏡 v3。

  8. 音軌 1

    擁有者只用兩個詞回答：「تراك 1」，也就是 Sonican 的 Tension News。完整製作隨即開始。

  9. 第一次完整算繪

    完整的 95.6 秒畫面以 1080x1920、2869 個影格算繪完成。之後工作階段因用量上限暫停，恢復時 C 槽幾乎已滿，於是刪除較大的中間檔，之後所有算繪都改到 D 槽。

  10. 檢查第一版主帶

    響度 -16.2 LUFS，所有規格檢查都通過，但片尾卡靜止了 3.2 秒（上限 3.0 秒），逐鏡頭縮圖條也顯示 78 秒處有來自來源訊號的白色 CPAC "LIVE EVENT" 標示畫面。人群鏡頭提早 1.5 秒以避開該畫面，Carney 的推鏡加強了，片尾卡加入了緩慢漂移與淡出。

  11. 最終主帶與交付

    最終檔案通過所有關卡：規格、-16.2 LUFS 與 -1.4 dBTP、沒有靜止影格或空白影格、片尾停留 0 秒、鏡頭內快速動態占 12%。一位只看過聯絡表的首次觀看者，看懂了是誰在說話、說的是什麼，以及 74.9% 的人投票支持留下。交付內容包含 30 MB 以內的上傳版本、SRT 字幕、EDL，以及重新對時的逐字稿。

      Style frames: ice/plan/style-frames-v2/, sheet ice/plan/storyboard-sheet-v3.jpg. The superseded first plan (Carney silhouettes, Calgary podium B-roll) is replaced by this one; reasons for every row and the finishing are in ice/plan/REASONS.md.

      Carney is the only voice, so he is always lit. His captions are pink (a quoted speaker, not AJ's narrator). Removed from the first preview because nothing justified them: every silhouette of Carney (he is the speaker, not the subject) and the Calgary rally podium B-roll (no sentence points to it).
