كيف وصل إلى هنا

التشغيل كما جرى، مسودة بعد مسودة، مع كل جولة من ملاحظات صاحب المشروع، كما ترويه المحادثة في دراسة الحالة.

  1. الطلب

    رسالة واحدة بالعربية المصرية، مرَّرتها جلسة رئيسية: أعِد مونتاج raw.mp4، وهو رسالة رئيس الوزراء كارني بمناسبة عيد الشكر، بالأسلوب المونتاجي نفسه تمامًا لريلز الجزيرة الإنجليزية (reference.mp4)، مع محتوى الخام وهوية الجزيرة كما هما؛ وابحث عن أحدث لقطات رسمية حقيقية ونزِّلها؛ وقرِّر كل شيء بنفسك، لكن أرني المعاينة قبل البناء.

  2. الموجز وقراءة المرجع

    الخام مدته 115 ثانية لمتحدث واحد بزاويتي كاميرا. أما المرجع ومدته 193 ثانية فقد قِيس ولم يُنسخ: ظلال على قرص أحمر مع عناوين منبثقة في المقدمة، وبطاقة قسم بملمس خشن، وخريطة بارزة بلون تيل، ونقاط على متحدث مموَّه، وبيانات التاريخ والمكان، وترجمات المتحدثين المقتبسين بالوردي، وبطاقة ختام. تنازل المستخدم عن أسئلة المرحلة 01، فأخذ كل خيار مفتوح بديله الموصى به وسُجِّل كقرار.

  3. اختيار الدقائق

    مونتاج ورقي من النص المفرَّغ كلمة بكلمة: حُذفت أول 27.5 ثانية من تهاني عيد الشكر، لأن ريلز الجزيرة تبدأ بالخبر، والخبر هو الاستفتاء بعد أسبوع. ويبقى كل ما بعدها بترتيبه، دون قطع أي كلمة داخل جملة: 86 ثانية من 115.

  4. الستوري بورد

    كل لقطة مُضافة تذكر مصدرها في سجل اللقطات: مواد رسمية من مكتب رئيس الوزراء بترخيص CC BY، ولقطات وكالات وCPAC للتجمعات، وخريطة من Natural Earth، والنتيجة غير الرسمية من Elections Alberta (74.9% للبقاء).

  5. المعاينة الأولى

    قبل أي بناء كامل: لوحة ستوري بورد من 20 إطار أسلوب ومعاينة متحركة مدتها 27 ثانية للافتتاحية مع الصوت، أُرسلت للاعتماد.

  6. ملاحظات صاحب العمل

    رفض صاحب العمل الموسيقى والمؤثرات المصنوعة بالكود، وطلب ظلالًا للأشخاص المتحدَّث عنهم فقط وليس للمتحدث أبدًا، وسببًا لكل عنصر على الشاشة، وأن تُقاس اللمسات النهائية للمرجع (تمويه الحركة، ملمس الفيلم، التعتيم عند الأطراف، التوهج، الدرجة اللونية) ولا تُخمَّن.

  7. المعاينة الثانية: ثلاث مقطوعات

    ثلاث افتتاحيات مدة كل منها 27.5 ثانية، لكل منها مقطوعة حقيقية مختلفة من مكتبة Pixabay رُتِّبت مقارنةً بمسار الموسيقى المفصول من المرجع، ومؤثرات Mixkit مسجَّلة بواقع مؤثر لكل حركة على الشاشة، والنسخة 3 من الستوري بورد بحيث يبقى كارني مضاءً دائمًا.

  8. المقطوعة 1

    أجاب صاحب العمل بكلمتين: «تراك 1»، وهي Tension News من Sonican. وبدأ البناء الكامل.

  9. أول رندر كامل

    رُندرت الصورة الكاملة ومدتها 95.6 ثانية بدقة 1080x1920 و2869 إطارًا. ثم توقفت الجلسة عند حد الاستخدام واستأنفت والقرص C ممتلئ تقريبًا، فحُذفت الملفات الوسيطة الثقيلة وذهب كل رندر لاحق إلى القرص D.

  10. فحوص الماستر الأول

    الجهارة -16.2 LUFS وكل فحوص المواصفات خضراء، لكن بطاقة الختام ظلت ثابتة 3.2 ثانية (الحد 3.0)، وأظهرت شرائط كل قطعة كلاكيت أبيض «LIVE EVENT» من CPAC في بث المصدر عند 78 ث. فنُقلت لقطة الحشد 1.5 ثانية للخلف لتفادي الكلاكيت، وقُوِّيت دفعات الكاميرا نحو كارني، وأُضيف لبطاقة الختام انجراف بطيء وتلاشٍ.

  11. الماستر النهائي والتسليم

    كل البوابات خضراء على الملف النهائي: المواصفات، -16.2 LUFS و-1.4 dBTP، لا إطار مجمَّد أو فارغ، تثبيت الختام 0 ثانية، الحركة السريعة داخل اللقطات 12%. شاهد مشاهد جديد لوحة لقطات مصغَّرة فقط، وفهم من تحدث وعن ماذا، وأن 74.9% صوتوا للبقاء. سُلِّم مع نسخة للرفع أقل من 30 ميجابايت، وترجمة نصية بصيغة SRT، وملف EDL، والنص المفرَّغ بتوقيتاته الجديدة.
