خطاب مدته 4:37 فيه حجة واحدة: الاتفاق بيعمل إيه، وتلات ردود على منتقديه، وإيه اللي هيحصل من غيره. الرن احتفظ بـ 36 جملة كاملة (3 دقايق و12 ثانية من الخطاب، بالنفَس اللي حوالين كل جملة) وقص الباقي بين الجمل بس، من غير ما يقطع جملة أو يسرّعها. بدأ بسؤال أوباما وإجابته من الدقيقة 2:47 لأن ريلز الجزيرة المرجعي بيبدأ بسؤال المذيع بنفس الطريقة، وبعدها جملة التمهيد، والاتفاق نفسه، والردود التلاتة كتلات فصول، وقائمة اللي هيضيع "من غير الاتفاق ده"، وجملته عن الدبلوماسية بدل الحرب. واتشال: الجزء عن ليه المفاوضات خدت وقت، ومواعيد النقاش والمؤتمر، والختام، واتحط مكانهم خاتمة قصيرة متأرخة (أمريكا انسحبت من الاتفاق في 8 مايو 2018) عشان كلام 2015 ما يتقريش كأنه النهارده.

كيف وصل إلى هنا

التشغيل كما جرى، مسودة بعد مسودة، مع كل جولة من ملاحظات صاحب المشروع، كما ترويه المحادثة في دراسة الحالة.

  1. الطلب

    رسالة واحدة بالعربية المصرية ومعها ملفان: raw.mp4، وهو الخطاب الأسبوعي للرئيس أوباما بتاريخ 18 يوليو 2015 عن الاتفاق مع إيران (4:37، بالعرض)، وreference.mp4، وهو ريلز عمودي من الجزيرة الإنجليزية عن إيران (3:13). أعِد مونتاج الخام بأسلوب المرجع نفسه تمامًا مع هوية الجزيرة كما هي، وابحث عن لقطات رسمية حديثة حقيقية ونزِّلها، وقرِّر أسئلة البداية بنفسك، وأرني معاينة قبل البناء.

  2. قراءة المرجع والخام

    فُتح المشروع وجرى مساران جنبًا إلى جنب: قُطِّع المرجع إلى إطارات وقيست (اللقطات، القطعات، الحدة، اللون)، وفُرِّغ الفيديوان كلمة بكلمة. كانت نماذج تحويل الكلام المحلية غير موجودة، فنزَّل التنفيذ أولًا faster-whisper large-v3-turbo.

  3. استخراج الهوية

    استُخرجت شارة شعار الجزيرة من المرجع عند 176 ث، وبطاقة ختامها من آخر 3.8 ثانية. وأُعيد بناء شاشة استوديو المرجع من خريطة ناسا Blue Marble الفضائية لإيران مع حدود Natural Earth، بدرجات التيل والداكن، وأعمدة ضوء حمراء على الجانبين.

  4. الموجز، بقرار ذاتي

    تنازل الطلب عن أسئلة البداية، فأخذ كل بند إجابته الموصى بها: ريلز بمتحدث أمام الكاميرا بالإنجليزية، من 2:30 إلى 3:00 مثل المرجع، وأوباما مؤرَّخًا على الشاشة دائمًا (THE WHITE HOUSE / 18 JUL 2015) حتى لا يقرأ أي مشاهد 2015 على أنها اليوم.

  5. فحص الصحة والمونتاج الورقي

    قورن النص المفرَّغ بالنص الرسمي في Public Papers of the Presidents (govinfo)، وصُحِّح خطأ واحد من التعرف على الكلام. ثم مونتاج ورقي من 35 جملة كاملة: سؤاله وجوابه من منتصف الخطاب صارا المقدمة، وردوده الثلاثة صارت الفصول، وحُذفت تفاصيل الجدولة.

  6. العزل واللقطات الرسمية

    عُزل أوباما بـ Robust Video Matting ووُضع في الاستوديو المُعاد بناؤه. وجمع باحث لقطات رسمية مع تراخيصها: الخدمة السمعية البصرية للاتحاد الأوروبي من فيينا، وصور وزارة الخارجية والبيت الأبيض، وبيان البيت الأبيض بتاريخ 14 يوليو 2015، ومفتشو الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية (موسومون بهولندا، إذ لا توجد لقطات حرة داخل مواقع إيران)، والانسحاب في 2018.

  7. المعاينة الأولى

    اجتازت المراحل من 01 إلى 03 دور المعتمِد، وذهبت المعاينة إلى صاحب العمل قبل أي بناء: 22 إطار أسلوب، وستوري بورد من 37 لقطة، ومونتاج ورقي من 35 سطرًا، بمدة إجمالية 3:09.

  8. ملاحظة صاحب العمل: لا موسيقى بالكود

    كان صاحب العمل قد سمع صوتًا مصنوعًا بالكود في تجربة أخرى واستبعده. فسحب التنفيذ موسيقاه المكتوبة بالكود وقاس مقطوعات من المكتبة مقابل الخلفية الداكنة البطيئة للمرجع؛ وقُطعت ثلاث مقطوعات مسجَّلة من Pixabay تحت أول 30 ثانية من أوباما ليختار منها صاحب العمل، مع مؤثرات صوتية مسجَّلة بواقع مؤثر لكل حركة.

  9. ملاحظة صاحب العمل: أسباب لا نسخ

    كانت المعاينة قد أظلمت أوباما داخل هالة حمراء. وفي ريلز الجزيرة الظل الداكن على الأحمر هو الشخص المتحدَّث عنه، وليس المتحدث أبدًا. وطلب صاحب العمل جدولًا بكل عنصر في المرجع: ما الذي يطلقه في الكلام، وماذا يعني، وعلى من، ومتى يدخل ومتى يخرج. ثم أوقفتْ حدود الجلسة التنفيذ 1 ساعة و43 دقيقة.

  10. كل عنصر مرتبط بكلمة

    قُرئ أربعة عشر عنصرًا من المرجع مقابل نص المرجع نفسه، وصار كل ظهور في الستوري بورد يسمّي جملة أوباما التي تبرره: ظريف عند «threats Iran poses»، والدول الموقِّعة عند «more than anyone»، وخامنئي عند «Iran could move closer». ويبقى أوباما مضاءً. وأُعيد سطر الدولة بحيث تهبط ست بطاقات دول عند كل اسم ينطقه.

  11. المعاينة الثانية

    ذهبت الإطارات الجديدة وجدول العناصر وثلاثة أنيماتيك موسيقية إلى صاحب العمل. وقيست اللمسات النهائية من المرجع ولم تُستخدم إلا حيث يستخدمها المرجع: قطعات بفقدان البؤرة، وومضات بيضاء عند الفصول، وملمس الفيلم على بطاقات الأرشيف الرمادية فقط.

  12. اختيار صاحب العمل

    كلمتان من صاحب العمل: «تراك A» (المقطوعة A)، وهي «Tension Documentary» من AtlasAudio. وكان ذلك إذن البدء بالبناء.

  13. البناء

    امتلأ القرص C حتى الصفر في أقل من دقيقة، فتوقف رندر الرسومات ونقل ملفاته المؤقتة إلى D. ورُندرت الصورة في أربعة أجزاء متوازية مقطوعة عند حدود اللقطات، والرسومات بقناة ألفا وتمويه الحركة، وحُرِّرت الموسيقى على الخلفية بمدة 3:18. وأوقفت حدود جلسة ثانية التنفيذ من 04:21 إلى 07:33 بينما كانت الأجزاء تنتهي.

  14. التسليم

    اتصلت الأجزاء الأربعة في 6053 إطارًا دون درز ظاهر: 1080x1920، 30 إطارًا في الثانية، 3:21.8، -16.3 LUFS. بوابة الفيديو خضراء مع أربع تحذيرات صفراء يذكرها التقرير بصراحة: أبطأ من المرجع (متوسط اللقطة 7.0 ثوانٍ مقابل 4.0)، وأضعف جزء من 2:13 إلى 2:43. لم تُجرَ قراءة بمشاهد جديد ولم يُعَد تفريغ الصوت النهائي.
