这段 4 分 37 秒的讲话是一条完整的论证：协议做了什么，对批评者的三个回答，以及没有协议会发生什么。成片保留了 36 个完整的句子（讲话中的 3 分 12 秒，每句前后保留换气的间隙），其余只在句子之间剪掉，从不在句中剪断，也没有加速。开场用的是他自己在 2:47 的一问一答（"Does this deal resolve all of the threats...? No. ...
