為什麼選這些片段

這段 4 分 37 秒的談話是一整條論證：協議做了什麼、對批評者的三個回答，以及沒有協議會發生什麼。成片保留了 36 個完整的句子（談話中的 3 分 12 秒，每句前後保留換氣的空檔），其餘只在句子之間剪掉，從不在句中剪斷，也沒有加速。開場用的是他自己在 2:47 的一問一答（"Does this deal resolve all of the threats...? No. ... Yes."），因為 Al Jazeera 的參考片也是這樣以旁白者的提問開場。接著是他的總括句、協議本身，以及他的三個反駁，分成三個章節，再加上「沒有這項協議」會失去什麼的清單，和他那句外交勝過戰爭的話。被剪掉的有：談判為何拖了這麼久的那一段、辯論與黨代表大會的日程安排，以及結語；取而代之的是一段附日期的簡短尾聲（美國於 2018 年 5 月 8 日退出協議），這樣 2015 年的說法就不會被當成今天的情況。

一路走來

整個執行過程的實際經過，一版接一版，包含專案擁有者的每一輪回饋。依案例研究中的對話整理。

  1. 提示詞

    一則埃及阿拉伯語的訊息，附兩個檔案：raw.mp4，即 Obama 總統 2015 年 7 月 18 日關於伊朗協議的每週談話（4:37，橫式）；以及 reference.mp4，Al Jazeera English 關於伊朗的直式短影片（3:13）。要求依參考片完全相同的風格重新剪輯原始素材，保留 Al Jazeera 的品牌形象，找出並下載近期的真實官方畫面，自行決定一開始的那些問題，並在製作之前展示預覽。

  2. 解讀參考片與原始素材

    專案開啟後，兩項工作同時進行：參考片被拆成影格並量測（鏡頭、剪輯點、清晰度、色彩），兩支影片都被逐字轉寫。本機沒有語音模型，所以先下載了 faster-whisper large-v3-turbo。

  3. 擷取品牌形象

    Al Jazeera 的台標從參考片 176 秒處擷取，片尾卡取自它的最後 3.8 秒。參考片裡的攝影棚大螢幕被重建：用 NASA Blue Marble 的伊朗衛星地圖加上 Natural Earth 國界線，青綠與深色基調，兩側是紅色光柱。

  4. 自行決定的簡報

    提示詞免除了一開始的提問，所以每個選項都採用推薦答案：英文的真人出鏡短影片，長度 2:30 至 3:00，與參考片一致；Obama 在畫面上始終標註日期（THE WHITE HOUSE / 18 JUL 2015），這樣沒有觀眾會把 2015 年當成今天。

  5. 事實核對與紙上剪輯

    將逐字稿與 Public Papers of the Presidents（govinfo）中的官方文本核對，修正了一處語音辨識錯誤。接著做了 35 個完整句子的紙上剪輯：談話中段他自己的一問一答成為開場，他的三個反駁成為各章節，日程細節被剪掉。

  6. 去背與官方畫面

    用 Robust Video Matting 把 Obama 去背，放進重建的攝影棚。一位研究員蒐集了附授權資訊的官方畫面：維也納的歐盟視聽服務、美國國務院與白宮的照片、2015 年 7 月 14 日的白宮聲明、IAEA 查核人員（因為沒有伊朗設施內部的免費畫面，標註為荷蘭）以及 2018 年的退出協議。

  7. 第一版預覽

    第 01 至 03 階段通過了核准者角色的檢查，預覽在任何製作之前就交給了擁有者：22 個風格影格、一份 37 個鏡頭的分鏡，以及 35 句的紙上剪輯，合計 3:09。

  8. 擁有者的意見：不要程式碼音樂

    擁有者在另一次測試中聽過用程式碼產生的聲音，並明確排除。這次製作撤回了自己的程式碼配樂，並對照參考片陰暗、緩慢的底樂，量測資料庫中的音樂；Obama 開頭 30 秒下墊了三條 Pixabay 的實錄音樂供擁有者挑選，每個動作配一則實錄音效。

  9. 擁有者的意見：要理由，不要照搬

    預覽把 Obama 壓暗並放進了紅色光暈裡。但在 Al Jazeera 的短影片中，紅色背景上的深色剪影是被談論的人，絕不是發言人。擁有者要求列出參考片每個元素的表格：它由話語中的什麼觸發、含義是什麼、針對誰、何時進入、何時離開。隨後工作階段上限使製作暫停了 1 小時 43 分鐘。

  10. 每個元素都對應一句話

    對照參考片自己的逐字稿，讀了參考片的 14 個元素；分鏡中的每一次出現，現在都寫明能證明它的 Obama 的那句話："threats Iran poses" 對應 Zarif，"more than anyone" 對應各簽署國，"Iran could move closer" 對應 Khamenei。Obama 始終保持明亮。國家那一行也恢復了，他每說出一個國名，就會出現六張國家卡片。

  11. 第二版預覽

    新的影格、元素表與三個音樂動態分鏡交給了擁有者。收尾效果是依參考片量測的，並且只用在參考片用到的地方：失焦剪輯、章節處的白閃，以及只用在灰色檔案卡片上的底片質感。

  12. 擁有者的選擇

    擁有者只說了兩個詞：「تراك A」（音軌 A），即 AtlasAudio 的 "Tension Documentary"。這就是開始製作的訊號。

  13. 製作

    C 槽在一分鐘內被寫滿，圖形算繪因此停止，並把暫存檔移到 D 槽。畫面分成四個平行部分、在鏡頭邊界處切開算繪，圖形帶 alpha 與動態模糊，音樂剪成 3:18 的底樂。第二次工作階段上限使製作從 04:21 暫停到 07:33，期間各部分完成了算繪。

  14. 已交付

    四個部分接成 6053 個影格，沒有可見的接縫：1080x1920，30 fps，3:21.8，-16.3 LUFS。影片關卡通過，報告如實列出四項黃色提示：比參考片慢（平均鏡頭 7.0 秒，參考片為 4.0 秒），2:13 至 2:43 最弱。沒有做首次觀看者檢查，也沒有對最終音訊重新轉寫。
