لماذا هذه الأجزاء
ما اتختارش جزء، الخام كله اتستخدم. الطلب كان إن المونتاج يبقى "بالمحتوى بتاع الخام"، والخام كله خمس جمل في 10 ثواني، فالرن سابت كل كلمة من غير قص ولا تسريع (القرار D-07). الاختيار الحقيقي كان في اللي بيظهر مع كل جملة: الحركة اللي نفس نوع الجملة بيشغّلها في برومو الجزيرة 360، ولقطات حقيقية لفرق ناسا وهي بتشتغل على "الآخرين" و"الحلول" (3.85 لحد 6.30 ثانية، وصوت الخام مكمّل تحتها)، وكارت النهاية بتاع المنصة بعد آخر كلمة.
كيف وصل إلى هنا
التشغيل كما جرى، مسودة بعد مسودة، مع كل جولة من ملاحظات صاحب المشروع، كما ترويه المحادثة في دراسة الحالة.
الطلب
رسالة واحدة مرَّرتها جلسة رئيسية: حرِّر لقطة استوديو خام مدتها 10 ثوانٍ بأسلوب مونتاج برومو الجزيرة 360 نفسه تمامًا، مع الإبقاء على محتوى الخام وهوية المنصة كما هما، وابحث عن أحدث لقطات رسمية حقيقية، ولا تطرح أسئلة بداية، لكن أرني معاينة قبل بناء الفيديو. جاء الملفان من مجلد مواد شرح على يوتيوب عن المونتاج بأسلوب الجزيرة.
قراءة الفيديوين
فحص Ice الملفين، وقطَّع المرجع إلى لقطاته، وفرَّغ الخام كلمة بكلمة بنموذج Whisper محلي (large-v3-turbo). المفاجأة الأولى: المتحدث في الخام يتكلم بالإنجليزية لا بالعربية: «Leadership is not about having all the answers...». فيُبقي الفيديو صوته كما هو ويضع على الشاشة ترجمة أمينة بالعربية الفصحى.
قياس المرجع
قِيس البرومو ومدته 60 ثانية ولم يُقدَّر بالعين: إيقاع القطع، والقرص الأحمر وألوانه، وكبسولة الترجمة الزجاجية بنقطتها الحمراء، ووميضات الأرشيف الملونة، وبطاقة الختام. وأُخذ شعار الجزيرة 360 الرسمي والخطوط الخاصة بها من موقع المنصة نفسه، aljazeera360.com.
عزل المتحدث
ينزلق في المرجع كلام وقرص أحمر خلف رأس المقدم. ولتحقيق ذلك على الخام، صنع Ice قناع شخص للإطارات الـ 240 كلها (rembg، u2net_human_seg)، لتمر الرسومات بين المتحدث والاستوديو. وفي الوقت نفسه بحث وكيل مساعد عن لقطات رسمية حديثة.
الموجز والتوجيه والخطة
مع التنازل عن أسئلة البداية، قُرِّر كل خيار مفتوح وسُجِّل مع بدائله: مونتاج بلقطات تغطية فوق الصوت، 16:9 بدقة 1920x1080 و24 إطارًا في الثانية، 13.5 ثانية (كل الـ 10 ثوانٍ من الكلام مع بطاقة ختام المنصة)، ودون اسم للمتحدث لأنه لم يُذكر. ونالت كل جملة من الجمل الخمس المنطوقة حركة المرجع التي تطلقها الجملة من النوع نفسه هناك. وكُتبت النسخة الأولى من صفحة الفيديو عند 00:50.
توقف، وثلاث ملاحظات من صاحب العمل
بلغت الجلسة حد الاستخدام وانتظرت 1 ساعة و42 دقيقة. وفي أثناء ذلك أرسل عمر ثلاث ملاحظات: لا موسيقى ولا مؤثرات صوتية مصنوعة بالكود، تسجيلات مكتبة حقيقية فقط، مع ثلاث مقطوعات للاختيار منها؛ ولكل عنصر منسوخ من المرجع سبب في الكلام، ويبقى المتحدث مضاءً دائمًا؛ واللمسة النهائية الراقية (تمويه الحركة، تمويه العمق، ملمس الفيلم، التعتيم عند الأطراف، التوهج، الدرجة اللونية) تُقاس من المرجع وتُطبَّق للأسباب نفسها.
سبب لكل عنصر
فرَّغ Ice المرجع أيضًا وبنى جدولًا بما يطلق كل عنصر فيه. وسقط كل ما ليس له مُطلِق في كلامنا: العنوان النيون، والشعرة المتقاطعة، والعلم، وشارة «يُعرض الآن». وعند «others» و«solutions» اختار فرقًا حقيقية أثناء العمل من مكتبة ناسا لعام 2026 (محاكاة العد التنازلي لـ Artemis III وغرفة هبوط Orion في البحر)، ملك عام مع نسبة ناسا. ووجد وكيل ثانٍ ثلاث مقطوعات موسيقية ومؤثرًا مسجَّلًا واحدًا لكل حركة على Pixabay.
المعاينة
أُعيدت كتابة صفحة التركيب على الخطة الجديدة، وفُحصت على لقطات ثابتة، ورُندرت بنصف الدقة مع تمويه الحركة. وعند 03:30 تلقى صاحب العمل ثلاث معاينات، واحدة لكل مقطوعة من المكتبة، مع جدول الأسباب، كما طلب الطلب: لم يُبنَ شيء بالحجم الكامل قبل جوابه.
اختيار صاحب العمل
جاء جواب عمر بعد ست دقائق: كلتا A وB حلوتان جدًا، واختار B، وهي «Deep Bass Cinematic Tension Forensic Noir Investigative Pulse» لـ Jose Luligo.
بناء Full HD ومشاهد جديد
بدأ رندر 1080p فورًا، والمكساج النهائي عند -14 LUFS. وفشل مرة واحدة لأن القرص C كان ممتلئًا، فأُعيد على القرص D. وشاهد وكيل جديد الفيديو دون سابق معرفة: فهم الفكرة («القادة الجيدون يطرحون الأسئلة ويتركون الفريق يجد الإجابات معًا») وسمّى الجزيرة 360 من الشعار وبطاقة الختام، لكنه لم يعرف من هم الأشخاص في لقطات الأرشيف، فأُضيفت شارة مصدر «المصدر: ناسا». ومع تغطية الشعار والاسم، لم يستطع تسمية المنصة في أي من ستة إطارات؛ وفي هذا النوع من المونتاج يُعدّ هذا الاختبار فحصًا إضافيًا، وسُجِّل أنه لم يُجتَز.
توقف مرة أخرى
أوقف حد استخدام ثانٍ التنفيذ 3 ساعات و19 دقيقة، في منتصف التجميع النهائي.
البوابات وبطاقة الختام
بعد العودة إلى المسار، دُمجت شارة المصدر وجرت كل البوابات على الملف النهائي: المواصفات، -14.1 LUFS، لا إطارات سوداء أو بيضاء، خمس قطعات. ووجد فحص الحركة أن بطاقة الختام ثابتة نحو 2.5 ثانية؛ وبطاقة ختام المرجع تستقر ببطء، فأُضيف انجراف لطيف يهدأ حتى السكون، فنزل الجزء الثابت إلى 1.4 ثانية.
التسليم
الفيديو النهائي: 13.5 ثانية، 1920x1080، 24 إطارًا في الثانية، وملفا ترجمة نصية بالعربية والإنجليزية، وملف EDL، وتقرير تسليم بكل رقم مقيس. 8 ساعات و6 دقائق من الطلب إلى التسليم، منها نحو 3 ساعات و5 دقائق عمل والباقي توقفان بسبب حد الاستخدام. لم يُقطع الكلام ولم يُسرَّع ولم يتغير.

Approach (02)
The raw stays whole: one 10.0 s take, every word kept, no speed change, no grade on the person except the black and white beat the reference itself uses. Each of the five spoken sentences gets one of the reference's signature moves, in the reference's own order: rack-focus open with the red disk and stacked kinetic words behind the head, a punch-in with the glass caption capsule, a quick burst of tinted real footage, the black and white glass-panel word scroll, the neon title. The Al Jazeera 360 bug, the "يعرض الآن" badge and the app capsule stay on top as in the reference, and the platform end card closes the film. Density is heavy (every line carries a graphic), as measured on the reference; cuts sit only between sentences.
