    エジプトアラビア語による1通のメッセージと2つのファイルです。raw.mp4はイラン核合意についてのオバマ大統領の2015年7月18日の週末演説（4分37秒、横向き）、reference.mp4はイランについてのAl Jazeera Englishの縦型リール（3分13秒）です。rawをリファレンスとまったく同じスタイルで、Al Jazeeraのアイデンティティはそのままに再編集し、最新の本物の公式映像を探してダウンロードし、最初の質問は自分で判断し、ビルドの前にプレビューを見せること。

  2. リファレンスとrawの読み込み

    プロジェクトを開き、2つの処理を並行して走らせました。リファレンスはフレームに分解して計測し（ショット、カット、シャープネス、色）、2本の動画はどちらも単語単位で文字起こししました。ローカルの音声認識モデルがなかったため、最初にfaster-whisper large-v3-turboをダウンロードしました。

  3. アイデンティティの抽出

    Al Jazeeraのロゴは、リファレンスの176秒から取り出しました。エンドカードは、その最後の3.8秒から取り出しました。リファレンスのスタジオ画面は、NASA Blue Marbleのイランの衛星地図にNatural Earthの国境を重ね、ティールと暗色で、両側に赤い光の柱を置いて作り直しました。

  4. ブリーフを自分で決定

    最初の質問はプロンプトで省略されたため、各項目は推奨案を採用しました。英語の話者出演型リール、リファレンスと同じ2:30から3:00、オバマ大統領には常に日付を画面表示（THE WHITE HOUSE / 18 JUL 2015）し、2015年を今日のことと読む視聴者が出ないようにします。

  5. 事実確認とペーパーエディット

    文字起こしを、Public Papers of the Presidents（govinfo）の公式テキストと照合し、音声認識の誤りを1か所直しました。続いて35文を丸ごと使ったペーパーエディットを作りました。演説の中ほどにある大統領自身の問いと答えがフック、3つの反論が章になり、日程の細部は削りました。

  6. マッティングと公式映像

    オバマ大統領はRobust Video Mattingで切り抜き、作り直したスタジオに配置しました。リサーチ担当がライセンス付きで公式映像を集めました。ウィーンからのEU視聴覚サービス、国務省とホワイトハウスの写真、2015年7月14日のホワイトハウス声明、IAEAの査察官（イランの施設内の自由に使える映像がないためオランダと表記）、2018年の離脱です。

  7. 最初のプレビュー

    オーナーは別のテストでコード生成の音を聞いており、それを却下しました。この制作ではコードで作ったスコアを取り下げ、ライブラリ音源をリファレンスの暗くゆっくりした下地に照らして計測しました。オーナーが選べるよう、Pixabayの収録音源3曲をオバマ大統領の最初の30秒の下に当て、動きごとに1つずつ収録した効果音を付けました。

  9. オーナーのメモ：コピーではなく理由

    プレビューでは、オバマ大統領が赤いハローの中で暗く落とされていました。Al Jazeeraのリールでは、赤の上の暗いシルエットは話題にされている人物で、話者ではありません。オーナーは、リファレンスのすべての要素について、言葉の中の何がきっかけか、何を意味するか、誰に付くか、いつ入りいつ消えるかを示す表を求めました。その後、セッションの上限で作業が1時間43分止まりました。

  10. すべての要素を言葉に結びつける

    リファレンスの14要素を、リファレンス自身の文字起こしと突き合わせて読みました。ストーリーボードの登場箇所は、それぞれを裏づけるオバマ大統領の文を示しています。「threats Iran poses」にはZarif、「more than anyone」には合意の署名国、「Iran could move closer」にはKhameneiです。オバマ大統領は常にライトで照らします。国名の行も復活させ、大統領が口にする国名ごとに6枚の国カードが乗ります。

  11. 2回目のプレビュー

    新しいフレーム、要素の表、3つの音楽アニマティックをオーナーへ送りました。仕上げはリファレンスから計測し、リファレンスが使っている箇所にだけ使いました。デフォーカスのカット、章の切り替えの白いフラッシュ、グレーのアーカイブカードだけのフィルムの質感です。

    Cドライブが1分でゼロまで埋まったため、グラフィックのレンダリングが止まり、一時ファイルをDに移しました。映像はショットの境目で切った4つのパートに分けて並行レンダリングし、グラフィックはアルファとモーションブラー付き、音楽は3:18の下地に合わせて編集しました。2回目のセッション上限により、パートの完成中の04:21から07:33まで作業が止まりました。

  14. 納品
