چرا این بخش‌ها

سخنرانی ۴:۳۷ یک استدلال پیوسته است: توافق چه می‌کند، سه پاسخ به منتقدانش، و بدون آن چه می‌شود. اجرا ۳۶ خط کامل را نگه داشت (۳ دقیقه و ۱۲ ثانیه از سخنرانی، با نفس دور هر خط) و بقیه را فقط بین جمله‌ها برید، هرگز وسط جمله و بدون تند کردن. با پرسش و پاسخ خود او از ۲:۴۷ شروع شد («Does this deal resolve all of the threats...? No. ... چطور به اینجا رسید

اجرا همان‌طور که پیش رفت، پیش‌نویس به پیش‌نویس، با هر دور بازخورد مالک. بر اساس گفتگوی ثبت‌شده در مطالعه موردی روایت شده.

  1. پرامپت

    یک پیام به عربی مصری با دو فایل: raw.mp4، سخنرانی هفتگی پرزیدنت اوباما در ۱۸ ژوئیه ۲۰۱۵ درباره توافق ایران (۴:۳۷، افقی)، و reference.mp4، یک ریلز عمودی Al Jazeera English درباره ایران (۳:۱۳). ویدیوی خام را دقیقاً با سبک مرجع و با هویت Al Jazeera همان‌طور که هست دوباره تدوین کن، تصاویر رسمی واقعی و تازه را پیدا و دانلود کن، سؤال‌های شروع را خودت تصمیم بگیر و پیش از ساخت پیش‌نمایش نشان بده.

  2. خواندن مرجع و ویدیوی خام

    پروژه باز شد و دو گذر کنار هم اجرا شد: مرجع به فریم‌ها بریده و اندازه‌گیری شد (نماها، برش‌ها، وضوح، رنگ) و هر دو ویدیو کلمه‌به‌کلمه پیاده شدند. مدل‌های محلی تشخیص گفتار نبودند، پس اجرا ابتدا faster-whisper large-v3-turbo را دانلود کرد.

  3. برداشتن هویت

    لوگوی گوشه Al Jazeera از مرجع در ۱۷۶ ثانیه و کارت پایانش از ۳.۸ ثانیه آخر برداشته شد. صفحه استودیوی مرجع از نقشه ماهواره‌ای NASA Blue Marble ایران با مرزهای Natural Earth بازسازی شد، به رنگ‌های فیروزه‌ای و تیره، با ستون‌های نور قرمز در دو طرف.

  4. بریف، با تصمیم خودکار

    پرامپت از سؤال‌های شروع گذشت، پس هر جایگاه پاسخ پیشنهادی‌اش را گرفت: ریلز با سخنران رو به دوربین به انگلیسی، از ۲:۳۰ تا ۳:۰۰ مثل مرجع، و اوباما همیشه با تاریخ روی صفحه (THE WHITE HOUSE / ۱۸ JUL 2015) تا هیچ بیننده‌ای ۲۰۱۵ را امروز نخواند.

  5. بررسی صحت و تدوین کاغذی

    متن پیاده‌شده با متن رسمی در Public Papers of the Presidents (govinfo) مقایسه شد و یک اشتباه تشخیص گفتار اصلاح شد. بعد تدوین کاغذی از ۳۵ جمله کامل: پرسش و پاسخ خود او از میانه سخنرانی هوک شد، سه پاسخش به منتقدان فصل‌ها شد و جزئیات زمان‌بندی حذف شد.

  6. ماتینگ و تصاویر رسمی

    اوباما با Robust Video Matting جدا و در استودیوی بازسازی‌شده گذاشته شد. یک پژوهشگر تصاویر رسمی را با مجوزشان جمع کرد: سرویس سمعی‌بصری اتحادیه اروپا از وین، عکس‌های وزارت خارجه و کاخ سفید، بیانیه کاخ سفید در ۱۴ ژوئیه ۲۰۱۵، بازرسان آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی (با برچسب هلند، چون تصویر آزادی از داخل سایت‌های ایران وجود ندارد) و خروج در ۲۰۱۸.

  7. پیش‌نمایش اول

    مراحل ۰۱ تا ۰۳ از نقش تأییدکننده گذشتند و پیش‌نمایش پیش از هر ساخت برای صاحب کار رفت: ۲۲ استایل‌فریم، استوری‌بورد ۳۷ نمایی و تدوین کاغذی ۳۵ خطی، در مجموع ۳:۰۹.

    پیش‌نمایش اول: فریمی که مالک بازبینی کرد

  8. نکته صاحب کار: موسیقی ساخته‌شده با کد نه

    صاحب کار در آزمایشی دیگر صدای ساخته‌شده با کد را شنیده و رد کرده بود. اجرا موسیقی کدی خود را کنار گذاشت و ترک‌های کتابخانه را با بستر تیره و آهسته مرجع سنجید؛ سه ترک ضبط‌شده Pixabay زیر ۳۰ ثانیه اول اوباما بریده شد تا صاحب کار انتخاب کند، با افکت‌های صوتی ضبط‌شده، یکی برای هر حرکت.

  9. نکته صاحب کار: دلیل، نه کپی

    پیش‌نمایش اوباما را داخل هاله قرمز تیره کرده بود. در ریلزهای Al Jazeera سیلوئت تیره روی قرمز کسی است که درباره‌اش صحبت می‌شود، هرگز سخنران نیست. صاحب کار جدولی از هر عنصر مرجع خواست: چه چیزی در کلمات آن را فعال می‌کند، چه معنایی دارد، روی چه کسی، کی وارد و کی خارج می‌شود. بعد محدودیت نشست اجرا را ۱ ساعت و ۴۳ دقیقه متوقف کرد.

  10. هر عنصر به یک کلمه وصل شد

    چهارده عنصر مرجع در برابر متن خود مرجع خوانده شد و حالا هر ظهور در استوری‌بورد جمله‌ای از اوباما را که توجیهش می‌کند نام می‌برد: ظریف برای «threats Iran poses»، امضاکنندگان برای «more than anyone»، خامنه‌ای برای «Iran could move closer». اوباما روشن می‌ماند. خط کشور بازگردانده شد تا شش کارت کشور روی هر نامی که می‌گوید بنشیند.

  11. پیش‌نمایش دوم

    فریم‌های جدید، جدول عناصر و سه انیماتیک موسیقی برای صاحب کار رفت. پرداخت نهایی از مرجع اندازه‌گیری شد و فقط جایی به کار رفت که مرجع به کار می‌برد: برش‌های دیفوکوس، فلاش‌های سفید در فصل‌ها، بافت فیلم فقط روی کارت‌های خاکستری آرشیو.

  12. انتخاب صاحب کار

    دو کلمه از صاحب کار: «تراك A» (ترک A)، یعنی «Tension Documentary» از AtlasAudio. این چراغ سبز ساخت بود.

  13. ساخت

    درایو C در کمتر از یک دقیقه تا صفر پر شد، پس رندر گرافیک متوقف شد و فایل‌های موقتش را به D برد. تصویر در چهار بخش موازی که در مرز نماها بریده شده بودند رندر شد، گرافیک با آلفا و موشن بلر، و موسیقی تا بستر ۳:۱۸ ویرایش شد. محدودیت نشست دوم اجرا را از ۰۴:۲۱ تا ۰۷:۳۳ متوقف کرد، در حالی که بخش‌ها تمام می‌شدند.

  14. تحویل
