چرا این بخش‌ها
چیزی جدا نشد: کل برداشت به کار رفت. پرامپت تدوین را «با محتوای خود خام» خواسته بود و کل خام پنج جمله گفتاری در ۱۰ ثانیه است، پس اجرا هر کلمه را بدون برش و با سرعت خودش نگه داشت (تصمیم D-07: گفتار هرگز پیش از آخرین کلمه‌اش بریده، تند یا محو نمی‌شود). فقط ۰.۰۰۵ ثانیه آخر سکوت کنار گذاشته شد. آنچه اجرا به جایش انتخاب کرد این بود که هر جمله چه چیزی حمل می‌کند: حرکت مرجع که همین نوع جمله در پرومو Al Jazeera 360 فعال می‌کند، تیم‌های واقعی NASA در حال کار زیر «others» و «solutions» (از ۳.۸۵ تا ۶.۳۰ ثانیه، صدای خام ادامه دارد)، و کارت پایان پلتفرم بعد از آخرین کلمه.
چطور به اینجا رسید
اجرا همان‌طور که پیش رفت، پیش‌نویس به پیش‌نویس، با هر دور بازخورد مالک. بر اساس گفتگوی ثبت‌شده در مطالعه موردی روایت شده.
پرامپت
یک پیام که یک نشست اصلی منتقل کرد: یک برداشت خام استودیویی ۱۰ ثانیه‌ای را دقیقاً با سبک تدوین پرومو Al Jazeera 360 تدوین کن، محتوای خام و هویت پلتفرم را همان‌طور که هست نگه دار، تازه‌ترین تصاویر رسمی واقعی را پیدا کن، سؤال شروع نپرس، اما پیش از ساخت ویدیو پیش‌نمایش را نشان بده. هر دو فایل از پوشه مواد یک آموزش یوتیوب درباره تدوین به سبک Al Jazeera آمده بودند.
خواندن دو ویدیو
Ice هر دو فایل را بررسی کرد، مرجع را به نماهایش بُرید و خام را کلمه‌به‌کلمه با مدل محلی Whisper (large-v3-turbo) پیاده کرد. اولین غافلگیری: سخنران در ویدیوی خام انگلیسی حرف می‌زند، نه عربی: «Leadership is not about having all the answers...». ویدیو صدایش را دست‌نخورده نگه می‌داشت و ترجمه‌ای وفادار به عربی معیار را روی صفحه می‌گذاشت.
اندازه‌گیری مرجع
پرومو ۶۰ ثانیه‌ای اندازه‌گیری شد، نه با چشم تخمین: ریتم برش، دیسک قرمز و رنگ‌هایش، کپسول زیرنویس شیشه‌ای با نقطه قرمزش، انفجارهای رنگی آرشیو، کارت پایان. لوگوی رسمی Al Jazeera 360 و فونت‌های خود مجموعه از وب‌سایت خود پلتفرم، aljazeera360.com، برداشته شد.
جدا کردن سخنران
در مرجع کلمات و یک دیسک قرمز پشت سر مجری می‌لغزند. برای این کار روی ویدیوی خام، Ice برای هر ۲۴۰ فریم یک ماسک شخص ساخت (rembg، u2net_human_seg) تا گرافیک‌ها بین سخنران و استودیو عبور کنند. همزمان یک ایجنت کمکی دنبال تصاویر رسمی تازه گشت.
بریف، کارگردانی و طرح
با گذشتن از سؤال‌های شروع، هر انتخاب باز با جایگزین‌هایش تصمیم‌گیری و ثبت شد: تدوین ب‌رول با روکش، 16:9 با ابعاد 1920x1080 و ۲۴ فریم بر ثانیه، ۱۳.۵ ثانیه (کل ۱۰ ثانیه گفتار به‌علاوه کارت پایان پلتفرم)، بدون نام برای سخنران چون نامی داده نشده بود. هر یک از پنج جمله گفتاری حرکت مرجعی را گرفت که همین نوع جمله آنجا فعال می‌کند. نسخه اول صفحه فیلم در ۰۰:۵۰ نوشته شد.
توقف و سه نکته از صاحب کار
نشست به سقف مصرف رسید و ۱ ساعت و ۴۲ دقیقه منتظر ماند. در این فاصله عمر سه نکته فرستاد: موسیقی یا افکت ساخته‌شده با کد نه، فقط ضبط‌های واقعی کتابخانه، با سه ترک برای انتخاب؛ هر عنصر کپی‌شده از مرجع باید در گفتار دلیل داشته باشد و سخنران همیشه روشن بماند؛ و پرداخت نهایی ممتاز (موشن بلر، بلر عمق، بافت فیلم، وینیت، درخشش، گرید) باید از مرجع اندازه‌گیری و با همان دلیل‌ها اعمال شود.
دلیلی برای هر عنصر
Ice مرجع را هم پیاده کرد و جدولی از آنچه هر عنصر آنجا فعال می‌کند ساخت. هر چه در گفتار ما محرکی نداشت کنار رفت: عنوان نئونی، هدف‌نما، پرچم، نشان «در حال پخش». برای «others» و «solutions» تیم‌های واقعی در حال کار از کتابخانه ۲۰۲۶ ناسا انتخاب شد (شبیه‌سازی شمارش معکوس Artemis III و اتاق فرود Orion در دریا)، مالکیت عمومی با ذکر NASA. ایجنت دوم سه ترک موسیقی و برای هر حرکت یک افکت ضبط‌شده در Pixabay پیدا کرد.
پیش‌نمایش
صفحه ترکیب بر اساس طرح جدید بازنویسی شد، روی تصاویر ثابت بررسی شد و با نصف وضوح و موشن بلر رندر شد. در ۰۳:۳۰ صاحب کار سه پیش‌نمایش گرفت، یکی برای هر ترک کتابخانه، با جدول دلیل‌ها، همان‌طور که پرامپت خواسته بود: پیش از جواب او چیزی در اندازه کامل ساخته نشد.
انتخاب صاحب کار
جواب عمر شش دقیقه بعد: A و B هر دو خیلی خوب بودند، B را انتخاب کرد، «Deep Bass Cinematic Tension Forensic Noir Investigative Pulse» از Jose Luligo.
ساخت Full HD و یک بیننده تازه
رندر 1080p بلافاصله شروع شد، با میکس نهایی روی -14 LUFS. یک بار شکست خورد چون درایو C پر بود و روی درایو D دوباره اجرا شد. یک ایجنت تازه ویدیو را بی‌پیش‌زمینه دید: ایده را فهمید («رهبران خوب سؤال می‌پرسند و می‌گذارند تیم با هم پاسخ‌ها را پیدا کند») و Al Jazeera 360 را از لوگو و کارت پایان نام برد، اما نفهمید آدم‌های نماهای آرشیو چه کسانی‌اند، پس برچسب منبع «المصدر: ناسا» اضافه شد. وقتی لوگو و نام پوشانده شد، در هیچ‌یک از شش فریم نتوانست پلتفرم را نام ببرد؛ برای این نوع تدوین این آزمون یک بررسی اضافی است و به‌عنوان قبول‌نشده گزارش شد.
دوباره توقف
سقف مصرف دوم اجرا را ۳ ساعت و ۱۹ دقیقه متوقف کرد، وسط مونتاژ نهایی.
گیت‌ها و کارت پایان
پس از بازگشت به مسیر، برچسب منبع چسبانده شد و همه گیت‌ها روی فایل نهایی اجرا شد: مشخصات، -14.1 LUFS، بدون فریم سیاه یا سفید، پنج برش. بررسی حرکت نشان داد کارت پایان حدود ۲.۵ ثانیه ثابت مانده؛ کارت پایان مرجع آهسته می‌نشیند، پس یک رانش ملایم که تا سکون آرام می‌شود اضافه شد و بخش ثابت به ۱.۴ ثانیه رسید.
تحویل
ویدیوی نهایی: ۱۳.۵ ثانیه، 1920x1080، ۲۴ فریم بر ثانیه، فایل‌های زیرنویس عربی و انگلیسی، یک EDL و گزارش تحویل با همه عددهای اندازه‌گیری‌شده. ۸ ساعت و ۶ دقیقه از پرامپت تا تحویل، که حدود ۳ ساعت و ۵ دقیقه‌اش کار بود و بقیه دو توقف سقف مصرف. گفتار هرگز بریده، تند یا تغییر داده نشد.

Approach (02)
The raw stays whole: one 10.0 s take, every word kept, no speed change, no grade on the person except the black and white beat the reference itself uses. Each of the five spoken sentences gets one of the reference's signature moves, in the reference's own order: rack-focus open with the red disk and stacked kinetic words behind the head, a punch-in with the glass caption capsule, a quick burst of tinted real footage, the black and white glass-panel word scroll, the neon title. The Al Jazeera 360 bug, the "يعرض الآن" badge and the app capsule stay on top as in the reference, and the platform end card closes the film. Density is heavy (every line carries a graphic), as measured on the reference; cuts sit only between sentences.
