この部分を選んだ理由
選び出したものはなく、テイク全体を使いました。プロンプトは「rawそのものの内容で」の編集を求めており、rawの全体は10秒の中に話された5つの文だけです。そのため、すべての単語を切らず、元の速度のまま残しました（判断D-07：音声は最後の単語まで、カットも速度変更もフェードもしない）。除いたのは最後の0.005秒の無音だけです。代わりに選んだのは、各文が運ぶ内容でした。同じ種類の文がAl Jazeera 360のプロモで引き起こすリファレンスの動き、「others」と「solutions」の下で働く本物のNASAのチーム（3.85から6.30秒、rawの音声は続く）、最後の単語のあとのプラットフォームのエンドカードです。

2本の動画の読み込み
Iceは両方のファイルを調べ、リファレンスをショットごとに分け、rawをローカルのWhisperモデル（large-v3-turbo）で単語単位に文字起こししました。最初の驚きは、rawの話者がアラビア語ではなく英語で話していることです。「Leadership is not about having all the answers...」。映像では彼の声には手を加えず、忠実な現代標準アラビア語訳を画面に載せることにしました。
リファレンスの計測
60秒のプロモは、目分量ではなく計測しました。カットのリズム、赤い円盤とその色、赤い点の付いたガラス調の字幕カプセル、色味を付けたアーカイブのバースト、エンドカードです。公式のAl Jazeera 360のロゴと自社フォントは、プラットフォーム自身のサイトaljazeera360.comから入手しました。
話者の切り抜き
リファレンスでは、言葉と赤い円盤がプレゼンターの頭の後ろをスライドします。これをrawで行うため、Iceは240フレームすべてに人物マットを作りました（rembg、u2net_human_seg）。これでグラフィックを話者とスタジオの間に通せます。並行して、補助エージェントが最新の公式映像を探しました。
ブリーフ、方向性、プラン
最初の質問を省略したため、未決の選択はすべて代替案と共に決めて記録しました。B-rollオーバーレイ編集、1920x1080の16:9で24 fps、13.5秒（10秒の音声すべてとプラットフォームのエンドカード）、話者の名前は与えられていないので付けません。話された5つの文は、同じ種類の文がリファレンスで引き起こす動きをそれぞれ割り当てました。映像ページの初版は00:50に書きました。
一時停止とオーナーからの3つのメモ
セッションが使用量の上限に達し、1時間42分待ちました。その間にOmarが3つのメモを送りました。コードで作った音楽や効果音は使わず、3曲から選べる本物のライブラリ音源だけを使うこと。リファレンスから写したすべての要素に音声上の理由があり、話者は常にライトで照らされていること。プレミアムな仕上げ（モーションブラー、被写界深度のぼかし、フィルムの質感、ビネット、グロー、グレード）はリファレンスから計測し、同じ理由で適用することです。
すべての要素に理由を
Iceはリファレンスも文字起こしし、そこで各要素を何が引き起こしているかの表を作りました。今回の音声にきっかけがないものは外しました。ネオンのタイトル、照準線、旗、「now showing」バッジです。「others」と「solutions」には、NASAの2026年のライブラリから働く本物のチームを選びました（Artemis IIIのカウントダウンシミュレーションとOrionの着水を見守る部屋）。パブリックドメインで、NASAをクレジットしています。2つ目のエージェントが、Pixabayで3曲と、動きごとに1つずつの収録効果音を見つけました。
プレビュー
コンポジションのページを新しいプランで書き直し、静止画で確認して、モーションブラー付きで半分の解像度でレンダリングしました。03:30にオーナーは、プロンプトが求めたとおり、ライブラリ音源ごとに1本、理由の表を添えた3つのプレビューを受け取りました。オーナーの回答の前に、フルサイズでは何もビルドしていません。

6分後のOmarの回答です。AもBもとても良かったが、Bを選ぶ。Jose Luligoの「Deep Bass Cinematic Tension Forensic Noir Investigative Pulse」です。
フルHDビルドと予備知識のない視聴者
1080pのレンダリングはすぐに始まり、最終ミックスは-14 LUFSです。Cドライブが満杯のため1回失敗し、Dドライブでやり直しました。新しいエージェントが予備知識なしで映像を見ました。狙い（「good leaders ask questions and let the team find answers, together」）は理解し、ロゴとエンドカードからAl Jazeera 360と答えましたが、アーカイブのショットに映る人々が誰かは分からなかったため、「المصدر: ناسا」のソースタグを追加しました。ロゴと名前を隠すと、6フレームのどれでもプラットフォームを答えられませんでした。この編集タイプではこのテストは追加のチェックにあたり、不合格として報告しています。
再び一時停止
2回目の使用量の上限により、最終アセンブルの途中で作業が3時間19分止まりました。
ゲートとエンドカード
再開後、ソースタグをつなぎ込み、最終ファイルですべてのゲートを実行しました。仕様、-14.1 LUFS、黒や白のフレームなし、カット5回です。モーションのチェックで、エンドカードが約2.5秒静止していることが分かりました。リファレンスのエンドカードはゆっくり落ち着くため、静止に向かって緩やかに減速するドリフトを加え、静止部分は1.4秒に減りました。
納品
最終映像は13.5秒、1920x1080、24 fps、アラビア語と英語の字幕ファイル、EDL、計測値をすべて記した納品レポートです。プロンプトから納品まで8時間6分で、そのうち作業は約3時間5分、残りは2回の使用量上限による停止でした。音声は一度もカット、速度変更、変更をしていません。

Approach (02)
The raw stays whole: one 10.0 s take, every word kept, no speed change, no grade on the person except the black and white beat the reference itself uses. Each of the five spoken sentences gets one of the reference's signature moves, in the reference's own order: rack-focus open with the red disk and stacked kinetic words behind the head, a punch-in with the glass caption capsule, a quick burst of tinted real footage, the black and white glass-panel word scroll, the neon title. The Al Jazeera 360 bug, the "يعرض الآن" badge and the app capsule stay on top as in the reference, and the platform end card closes the film. Density is heavy (every line carries a graphic), as measured on the reference; cuts sit only between sentences.
