为什么选这些片段
没有挑选片段：整段素材全部使用。提示词要求按"原始素材自身的内容"来剪，而整段原始素材是 10 秒内说出的五句话，所以每个词都保留，没有剪切，也保持原速（决定 D-07：在最后一个词说完之前，人声绝不剪切、加速或淡出）。只去掉了最后 0.005 秒的静音。制作真正做选择的，是每句话所承载的内容：Al Jazeera 360 宣传片中，同类句子会触发的参考片动作；"others" 和 "solutions" 下面是 NASA 团队的真实工作画面（3.85 至 6.30 秒，原始素材的声音继续）；以及最后一个词之后的平台片尾卡。
一路走来
这次运行的真实经过，一稿接一稿，包括委托人的每一轮反馈。内容取自案例研究中的对话。
提示词
一条由主会话转述的消息：按 Al Jazeera 360 宣传片完全相同的剪辑风格，剪辑一段 10 秒的演播室原始素材，保留原始素材的内容和平台的品牌形象，查找最新的真实官方素材，不问开头的问题，但在制作影片之前先展示预览。两个文件都来自一个讲解如何剪出 Al Jazeera 风格的 YouTube 教程的素材文件夹。
解读两段视频
Ice 检测了两个文件，把参考片切分成镜头，并用本地 Whisper 模型（large-v3-turbo）逐字转写原始素材。第一个意外：原始素材中的发言人说的是英语，不是阿拉伯语："Leadership is not about having all the answers..."。影片会保留他的原声不变，并在屏幕上配上忠实的现代标准阿拉伯语翻译。
测量参考片
这条 60 秒的宣传片是测量出来的，不是凭眼睛估计的：剪辑节奏、红色圆盘及其色彩、带红点的玻璃质感字幕胶囊、带色调的档案画面闪现、片尾卡。官方的 Al Jazeera 360 标志和自家字体，取自平台自己的网站 aljazeera360.com。
把发言人抠出来
参考片里，文字和红色圆盘会从主持人的头后滑过。为了在原始素材上做到这一点，Ice 为全部 240 帧制作了人物遮罩（rembg，u2net_human_seg），这样图形就能从发言人和演播室之间穿过。与此同时，一个辅助智能体在搜索近期的官方素材。
简报、方向与计划
开头的提问被免除后，每个未定的选择都做了决定，并连同备选项一起记录：B 镜头叠加式剪辑，16:9、1920x1080、24 fps，13.5 秒（全部 10 秒人声加平台片尾卡），因为没有给出名字，所以不标注发言人姓名。五句话中的每一句，都配上了参考片里同类句子会触发的动作。影片页面的第一版写于 00:50。
暂停，以及委托人的三条意见
会话触及用量上限，等待了 1 小时 42 分钟。期间 Omar 发来三条意见：不要用代码生成音乐或音效，只用真实的资源库录音，并提供三条音轨供选择；从参考片复制的每个元素，都必须在人声中有理由，且发言人始终保持明亮；高级质感的收尾（运动模糊、景深模糊、胶片质感、暗角、辉光、调色）必须从参考片测量，并出于同样的理由使用。
每个元素都有理由
Ice 也转写了参考片，并建立了一张表，写明那里每个元素由什么触发。我们的人声中没有触发点的元素都被去掉了：霓虹标题、十字准线、旗帜、"正在播出"徽章。对于 "others" 和 "solutions"，它从 NASA 2026 年的资料库中选了真实的团队工作画面（Artemis III 倒计时模拟和 Orion 溅落指挥室），属于公有领域，并注明 NASA 为来源。第二个智能体在 Pixabay 上找到了三条音乐和每个动作一条的实录音效。
预览
合成页面按新计划重写，用静帧检查，并以半分辨率加运动模糊渲染。03:30，委托人按提示词的要求收到三个预览，每条资源库音轨一个，并附理由表：在他回复之前，没有任何内容以全尺寸制作。
委托人的选择
六分钟后 Omar 回复：A 和 B 都很好，他选了 B，即 Jose Luligo 的 "Deep Bass Cinematic Tension Forensic Noir Investigative Pulse"。
全高清制作与首次观看者
1080p 渲染立刻开始，最终混音为 -14 LUFS。它失败过一次，因为 C 盘已满，随后改到 D 盘重新运行。一个全新的智能体毫无背景地观看了影片：它理解了主旨（"good leaders ask questions and let the team find answers, together"），并从标志和片尾卡认出了 Al Jazeera 360，但不知道档案镜头里的人是谁，所以加上了 "المصدر: ناسا" 来源标签。遮住标志和名称后，它在六个画面中都无法说出这是哪个平台；对这种剪辑类型来说，这项测试是额外检查，报告为未通过。
再次暂停
第二次用量上限使制作停了 3 小时 19 分钟，正好发生在最终合成的中途。
关卡与片尾卡
恢复后，来源标签被拼接进去，并在最终文件上运行了所有关卡：规格、-14.1 LUFS、没有黑帧或白帧、五个剪辑点。动态检查发现片尾卡静止了约 2.5 秒；参考片的片尾卡是缓慢落定的，于是加入了一段缓缓飘移、最后减速停下的动作，静止部分降到了 1.4 秒。
已交付
最终影片：13.5 秒，1920x1080，24 fps，阿拉伯语和英语字幕文件，一份 EDL，以及列出所有实测数字的交付报告。从提示词到交付共 8 小时 6 分钟，其中实际工作约 3 小时 5 分钟，其余是两次用量上限造成的暂停。人声从未被剪切、加速或改动。

Approach (02)
The raw stays whole: one 10.0 s take, every word kept, no speed change, no grade on the person except the black and white beat the reference itself uses. Each of the five spoken sentences gets one of the reference's signature moves, in the reference's own order: rack-focus open with the red disk and stacked kinetic words behind the head, a punch-in with the glass caption capsule, a quick burst of tinted real footage, the black and white glass-panel word scroll, the neon title. The Al Jazeera 360 bug, the "يعرض الآن" badge and the app capsule stay on top as in the reference, and the platform end card closes the film. Density is heavy (every line carries a graphic), as measured on the reference; cuts sit only between sentences.
