為什麼選這些片段
沒有挑選片段：整段素材全部使用。提示詞要求依「原始素材自身的內容」來剪，而整段原始素材是 10 秒內說出的五句話，所以每個字都保留，沒有剪切，也維持原速（決定 D-07：在最後一個字說完之前，人聲絕不剪切、加速或淡出）。只去掉最後 0.005 秒的靜音。製作真正做選擇的，是每句話所承載的內容：Al Jazeera 360 宣傳片中，同類句子會觸發的參考片動作；"others" 和 "solutions" 底下是 NASA 團隊的真實工作畫面（3.85 至 6.30 秒，原始素材的聲音持續）；以及最後一個字之後的平台片尾卡。
一路走來
整個執行過程的實際經過，一版接一版，包含專案擁有者的每一輪回饋。依案例研究中的對話整理。
提示詞
一則由主工作階段轉述的訊息：依 Al Jazeera 360 宣傳片完全相同的剪輯風格，剪輯一段 10 秒的攝影棚原始素材，保留原始素材的內容與平台的品牌形象，找出最新的真實官方畫面，不問一開始的問題，但在製作影片之前先展示預覽。兩個檔案都來自一支教人剪出 Al Jazeera 風格的 YouTube 教學影片的素材資料夾。
解讀兩支影片
Ice 檢測了兩個檔案，把參考片切成鏡頭，並用本機 Whisper 模型（large-v3-turbo）逐字轉寫原始素材。第一個意外：原始素材中的發言人說的是英語，不是阿拉伯語："Leadership is not about having all the answers..."。影片會保留他的原聲不變，並在畫面上配上忠實的現代標準阿拉伯語翻譯。
量測參考片
這支 60 秒的宣傳片是量測出來的，不是憑眼睛估計：剪輯節奏、紅色圓盤及其色彩、帶紅點的玻璃質感字幕膠囊、帶色調的檔案畫面閃現、片尾卡。官方的 Al Jazeera 360 標誌與自家字型，取自平台自己的網站 aljazeera360.com。
把發言人去背
參考片裡，文字與紅色圓盤會從主持人的頭後滑過。為了在原始素材上做到這點，Ice 為全部 240 個影格製作了人物遮罩（rembg，u2net_human_seg），讓圖形可以從發言人與攝影棚之間穿過。同時，一個輔助代理在搜尋近期的官方畫面。
簡報、方向與計畫
一開始的提問被免除後，每個未定的選擇都做了決定，並連同備選項一起記錄：B 鏡頭疊加式剪輯，16:9、1920x1080、24 fps，13.5 秒（全部 10 秒人聲加平台片尾卡），因為沒有給名字，所以不標註發言人姓名。五句話中的每一句，都配上參考片裡同類句子會觸發的動作。影片頁面的第一版寫於 00:50。
暫停，以及擁有者的三則意見
工作階段觸及用量上限，等待了 1 小時 42 分鐘。期間 Omar 送來三則意見：不要用程式碼產生音樂或音效，只用真實的資料庫錄音，並提供三條音軌供挑選；從參考片複製的每個元素，都必須在人聲中有理由，且發言人始終保持明亮；高質感的收尾（動態模糊、景深模糊、底片質感、暗角、光暈、調色）必須從參考片量測，並基於同樣的理由使用。
每個元素都有理由
Ice 也轉寫了參考片，並建立一張表，寫明那裡每個元素由什麼觸發。我們的人聲中沒有觸發點的元素都被去掉了：霓虹標題、十字準線、旗幟、「正在播出」徽章。對於 "others" 和 "solutions"，它從 NASA 2026 年的資料庫中選了真實的團隊工作畫面（Artemis III 倒數模擬與 Orion 濺落指揮室），屬於公有領域，並註明 NASA 為來源。第二個代理在 Pixabay 上找到三條音樂與每個動作一則的實錄音效。
預覽
合成頁面依新計畫重寫，用靜態畫面檢查，並以半解析度加動態模糊算繪。03:30，擁有者依提示詞的要求收到三個預覽，每條資料庫音軌一個，並附理由表：在他回覆之前，沒有任何內容以全尺寸製作。
擁有者的選擇
六分鐘後 Omar 回覆：A 和 B 都很好，他選了 B，即 Jose Luligo 的 "Deep Bass Cinematic Tension Forensic Noir Investigative Pulse"。
全高畫質製作與首次觀看者
1080p 算繪立刻開始，最終混音為 -14 LUFS。它失敗過一次，因為 C 槽已滿，隨後改到 D 槽重新執行。一個全新的代理毫無背景地觀看了影片：它理解了主旨（"good leaders ask questions and let the team find answers, together"），並從標誌與片尾卡認出 Al Jazeera 360，但不知道檔案畫面裡的人是誰，所以加上了 "المصدر: ناسا" 來源標籤。遮住標誌與名稱後，它在六個畫面中都說不出這是哪個平台；對這種剪輯類型來說，這項測試是額外檢查，回報為未通過。
再次暫停
第二次用量上限使製作停了 3 小時 19 分鐘，正好發生在最終合成的中途。
關卡與片尾卡
恢復後，來源標籤被拼接進去，並在最終檔案上執行了所有關卡：規格、-14.1 LUFS、沒有黑畫面或白畫面、五個剪輯點。動態檢查發現片尾卡靜止了約 2.5 秒；參考片的片尾卡是緩慢落定的，於是加入一段緩緩漂移、最後減速停下的動作，靜止部分降到 1.4 秒。
已交付
最終影片：13.5 秒，1920x1080，24 fps，阿拉伯語與英語字幕檔，一份 EDL，以及列出所有實測數字的交付報告。從提示詞到交付共 8 小時 6 分鐘，其中實際工作約 3 小時 5 分鐘，其餘是兩次用量上限造成的暫停。人聲從未被剪切、加速或改動。

Approach (02)
The raw stays whole: one 10.0 s take, every word kept, no speed change, no grade on the person except the black and white beat the reference itself uses. Each of the five spoken sentences gets one of the reference's signature moves, in the reference's own order: rack-focus open with the red disk and stacked kinetic words behind the head, a punch-in with the glass caption capsule, a quick burst of tinted real footage, the black and white glass-panel word scroll, the neon title. The Al Jazeera 360 bug, the "يعرض الآن" badge and the app capsule stay on top as in the reference, and the platform end card closes the film. Density is heavy (every line carries a graphic), as measured on the reference; cuts sit only between sentences.
