    Uma mensagem, repassada por uma sessão principal: editar uma gravação bruta de estúdio de 10 segundos exatamente no estilo de edição de um promo da Al Jazeera 360, manter o conteúdo do bruto e a identidade da plataforma como estão, encontrar as imagens oficiais reais mais recentes, não fazer perguntas iniciais, mas mostrar uma prévia antes de construir o filme. Os dois arquivos vieram da pasta de materiais de um tutorial do YouTube sobre edição no estilo da Al Jazeera.

  2. Leitura dos dois vídeos

    O Ice analisou os dois arquivos, cortou a referência em planos e transcreveu o bruto palavra por palavra com um modelo Whisper local (large-v3-turbo). A primeira surpresa: o orador do bruto fala inglês, não árabe: "Leadership is not about having all the answers...". O filme manteria a voz dele intacta e poria na tela uma tradução fiel para o árabe padrão moderno.

  3. Medição da referência

    O promo de 60 segundos foi medido, não estimado a olho: ritmo de cortes, o disco vermelho e suas cores, a cápsula de legenda de vidro com seu ponto vermelho, as rajadas de arquivo tingidas, o cartão final. O logotipo oficial da Al Jazeera 360 e as fontes da casa foram tirados do próprio site da plataforma, aljazeera360.com.

  4. Recorte do orador

    A referência desliza palavras e um disco vermelho atrás da cabeça do apresentador. Para fazer isso no bruto, o Ice gerou uma máscara da pessoa para todos os 240 quadros (rembg, u2net_human_seg), para que gráficos possam passar entre o orador e o estúdio. Em paralelo, um agente auxiliar procurou imagens oficiais recentes.

  5. Briefing, direção e plano

    Com as perguntas iniciais dispensadas, cada escolha em aberto foi decidida e registrada com suas alternativas: uma edição de sobreposição de B-roll, 16:9 em 1920x1080 e 24 fps, 13,5 s (os 10 s de fala mais o cartão final da plataforma), sem nome para o orador porque nenhum foi dado. Cada uma das cinco frases faladas recebeu o movimento da referência que o mesmo tipo de frase dispara lá. A primeira versão da página do filme foi escrita às 00:50.

  6. Pausa e três observações do dono

    A sessão atingiu o limite de uso e esperou 1 h 42 min. Nesse meio tempo, Omar mandou três observações: nada de música ou efeitos sonoros feitos por código, só gravações reais de biblioteca, com três faixas para escolher; todo elemento copiado da referência precisa ter um motivo na fala, e o orador fica sempre iluminado; e o acabamento premium (desfoque de movimento, desfoque de profundidade, textura de filme, vinheta, brilho, correção de cor) deve ser medido na referência e aplicado pelos mesmos motivos.

    O Ice transcreveu também a referência e montou uma tabela do que dispara cada elemento ali. Tudo o que não tinha gatilho na nossa fala foi descartado: o título em neon, a mira, a bandeira, o selo "now showing".     A página de composição foi reescrita sobre o novo plano, conferida em quadros estáticos e renderizada em meia resolução com desfoque de movimento. Às 03:30 o dono recebeu três prévias, uma por faixa da biblioteca, com a tabela de motivos, como o prompt pedia: nada foi construído em tamanho completo antes da resposta dele.

    A resposta de Omar, seis minutos depois: A e B eram muito bons, ele escolheu B, "Deep Bass Cinematic Tension Forensic Noir Investigative Pulse", de Jose Luligo.

  10. Construção em Full HD e um espectador sem contexto

    A renderização em 1080p começou na hora, com a mixagem final em -14 LUFS. Falhou uma vez porque o disco C estava cheio e foi refeita no disco D. Um agente novo assistiu ao filme sem contexto: captou a ideia ("bons líderes fazem perguntas e deixam a equipe encontrar as respostas, juntos") e identificou a Al Jazeera 360 pelo logotipo e pelo cartão final, mas não soube quem eram as pessoas nas imagens de arquivo, então foi adicionada uma etiqueta de fonte "المصدر: ناسا". Com o logotipo e o nome cobertos, não conseguiu identificar a plataforma em nenhum de seis quadros; para este tipo de edição esse teste é uma verificação extra, registrada como não aprovada.

    De volta ao ritmo, a etiqueta de fonte foi emendada e todas as verificações rodaram no arquivo final: especificação, -14,1 LUFS, nenhum quadro preto ou branco, cinco cortes.
