Γιατί αυτά τα μέρη
Δεν επιλέχθηκε τίποτα: χρησιμοποιήθηκε ολόκληρη η λήψη. Το prompt ζήτησε το μοντάζ «με το δικό του περιεχόμενο του raw», και ολόκληρο το raw είναι πέντε προφορικές προτάσεις σε 10 δευτερόλεπτα, οπότε η διαδικασία κράτησε κάθε λέξη, ακοπή και με τη δική της ταχύτητα (απόφαση D-07: η ομιλία δεν κόβεται, δεν επιταχύνεται και δεν σβήνει πριν από την τελευταία της λέξη). Αφαιρέθηκε μόνο η σιωπή των τελευταίων 0,005 δευτ. Αυτό που επέλεξε η διαδικασία ήταν τι μεταφέρει κάθε πρόταση: την κίνηση αναφοράς που πυροδοτεί το ίδιο είδος πρότασης στο promo του Al Jazeera 360, πραγματικές ομάδες της NASA σε δράση κάτω από τα «others» και «solutions» (3,85 έως 6,30 δευτ., ο ήχος του raw συνεχίζεται) και την κάρτα λήξης της πλατφόρμας μετά την τελευταία λέξη.
Πώς φτάσαμε εδώ
Η εκτέλεση όπως έγινε, προσχέδιο προς προσχέδιο, με κάθε γύρο σχολίων του ιδιοκτήτη. Με βάση τη συνομιλία της μελέτης περίπτωσης.
Το prompt
Ένα μήνυμα, που μεταφέρθηκε από μια κύρια συνεδρία: μοντάρισε μια ακατέργαστη λήψη στούντιο 10 δευτερολέπτων με ακριβώς το στυλ μοντάζ ενός promo του Al Jazeera 360, κράτησε το περιεχόμενο του raw και την ταυτότητα της πλατφόρμας όπως είναι, βρες το πιο πρόσφατο αληθινό επίσημο υλικό, μην κάνεις αρχικές ερωτήσεις, αλλά δείξε προεπισκόπηση πριν φτιάξεις το βίντεο. Και τα δύο αρχεία προήλθαν από τον φάκελο υλικού ενός εκπαιδευτικού βίντεο στο YouTube για μοντάζ στο στυλ του Al Jazeera.
Ανάγνωση των δύο βίντεο
Το Ice εξέτασε και τα δύο αρχεία, έκοψε την αναφορά στα πλάνα της και απομαγνητοφώνησε το raw λέξη προς λέξη με ένα τοπικό μοντέλο Whisper (large-v3-turbo). Η πρώτη έκπληξη: ο ομιλητής στο raw μιλά αγγλικά, όχι αραβικά: «Leadership is not about having all the answers...». Το βίντεο θα κρατούσε τη φωνή του ανέγγιχτη και θα έβαζε στην οθόνη μια πιστή μετάφραση στα αραβικά της νεότερης τυποποιημένης γλώσσας.
Μέτρηση της αναφοράς
Το promo των 60 δευτερολέπτων μετρήθηκε, δεν εκτιμήθηκε με το μάτι: ρυθμός κοπών, ο κόκκινος δίσκος και τα χρώματά του, η γυάλινη κάψουλα υποτίτλων με την κόκκινη τελεία, οι χρωματισμένες εκρήξεις υλικού αρχείου, η κάρτα λήξης. Το επίσημο λογότυπο του Al Jazeera 360 και οι γραμματοσειρές του οίκου λήφθηκαν από τον ιστότοπο της ίδιας της πλατφόρμας, aljazeera360.com.
Αποκοπή του ομιλητή
Η αναφορά σύρει λέξεις και έναν κόκκινο δίσκο πίσω από το κεφάλι του παρουσιαστή. Για να γίνει αυτό στο raw, το Ice έφτιαξε μάσκα ατόμου για όλα τα 240 καρέ (rembg, u2net_human_seg), ώστε τα γραφικά να περνούν ανάμεσα στον ομιλητή και το στούντιο. Παράλληλα, ένας βοηθητικός agent αναζήτησε πρόσφατο επίσημο υλικό.
Brief, κατεύθυνση και σχέδιο
Με τις αρχικές ερωτήσεις παραλειμμένες, κάθε ανοιχτή επιλογή αποφασίστηκε και καταγράφηκε με τις εναλλακτικές της: μοντάζ με b-roll επικάλυψη, 16:9 στα 1920x1080 και 24 fps, 13,5 δευτ. (και τα 10 δευτ. ομιλίας συν την κάρτα λήξης της πλατφόρμας), χωρίς όνομα για τον ομιλητή επειδή δεν δόθηκε. Κάθε μία από τις πέντε προφορικές προτάσεις πήρε την κίνηση αναφοράς που πυροδοτεί εκεί το ίδιο είδος πρότασης. Η πρώτη εκδοχή της σελίδας του βίντεο γράφτηκε στις 00:50.
Παύση και τρεις παρατηρήσεις του ιδιοκτήτη
Η συνεδρία έφτασε στο όριο χρήσης και περίμενε 1 ώρα και 42 λεπτά. Στο μεταξύ ο Omar έστειλε τρεις παρατηρήσεις: καμία μουσική ή ηχητικά εφέ από κώδικα, μόνο αληθινές ηχογραφήσεις βιβλιοθήκης, με τρία κομμάτια για επιλογή· κάθε στοιχείο που αντιγράφεται από την αναφορά πρέπει να έχει λόγο στην ομιλία και ο ομιλητής να μένει πάντα φωτισμένος· και το premium φινίρισμα (motion blur, θόλωση βάθους, υφή φιλμ, vignette, glow, χρωματική διόρθωση) πρέπει να μετρηθεί από την αναφορά και να εφαρμοστεί για τους ίδιους λόγους.
Ένας λόγος για κάθε στοιχείο
Το Ice απομαγνητοφώνησε και την αναφορά και έφτιαξε έναν πίνακα με το τι πυροδοτεί κάθε στοιχείο εκεί. Ό,τι δεν είχε έναυσμα στην ομιλία μας αφαιρέθηκε: ο τίτλος νέον, το σταυρόνημα στόχευσης, η σημαία, το σήμα «now showing». Για τα «others» και «solutions» επέλεξε πραγματικές ομάδες σε δράση από τη βιβλιοθήκη της NASA του 2026 (μια προσομοίωση αντίστροφης μέτρησης του Artemis III και την αίθουσα προσθαλάσσωσης του Orion), δημόσιο κτήμα με αναφορά στη NASA. Ένας δεύτερος agent βρήκε τρία μουσικά κομμάτια και ένα ηχογραφημένο εφέ για κάθε κίνηση στο Pixabay.
Η προεπισκόπηση
Η σελίδα της σύνθεσης ξαναγράφτηκε με το νέο σχέδιο, ελέγχθηκε σε στατικά καρέ και έγινε render σε μισή ανάλυση με motion blur. Στις 03:30 ο ιδιοκτήτης έλαβε τρεις προεπισκοπήσεις, μία ανά κομμάτι βιβλιοθήκης, με τον πίνακα των λόγων, όπως ζητούσε το prompt: τίποτα δεν χτίστηκε σε πλήρες μέγεθος πριν από την απάντησή του.
Η επιλογή του ιδιοκτήτη
Η απάντηση του Omar, έξι λεπτά αργότερα: τα A και B ήταν και τα δύο πολύ καλά, επέλεξε το B, το «Deep Bass Cinematic Tension Forensic Noir Investigative Pulse» του Jose Luligo.
Υλοποίηση σε Full HD και θεατής χωρίς πρότερη γνώση
Το render σε 1080p ξεκίνησε αμέσως, με την τελική μίξη στα -14 LUFS. Απέτυχε μία φορά επειδή ο δίσκος C ήταν γεμάτος και ξανάτρεξε στον δίσκο D. Ένας νέος agent είδε το βίντεο χωρίς καμία γνώση: κατάλαβε την ιδέα («good leaders ask questions and let the team find answers, together») και αναγνώρισε το Al Jazeera 360 από το λογότυπο και την κάρτα λήξης, αλλά δεν ήξερε ποιοι ήταν οι άνθρωποι στα πλάνα αρχείου, οπότε προστέθηκε η ετικέτα πηγής «المصدر: ناسا». Με καλυμμένο το λογότυπο και το όνομα, δεν μπόρεσε να κατονομάσει την πλατφόρμα σε κανένα από έξι καρέ· για αυτό το είδος μοντάζ η δοκιμή είναι πρόσθετος έλεγχος και αναφέρεται ως μη επιτυχής.
Νέα παύση
Ένα δεύτερο όριο χρήσης σταμάτησε τη διαδικασία για 3 ώρες και 19 λεπτά, στη μέση της τελικής συναρμολόγησης.
Έλεγχοι και κάρτα λήξης
Μετά τη συνέχιση, η ετικέτα πηγής ενώθηκε και όλοι οι έλεγχοι έτρεξαν στο τελικό αρχείο: προδιαγραφές, -14,1 LUFS, κανένα μαύρο ή λευκό καρέ, πέντε κοπές. Ο έλεγχος κίνησης βρήκε την κάρτα λήξης ακίνητη για περίπου 2,5 δευτ.· η κάρτα λήξης της αναφοράς σταθεροποιείται αργά, οπότε προστέθηκε μια απαλή μετατόπιση που ηρεμεί σταδιακά και το ακίνητο τμήμα έπεσε στα 1,4 δευτ.

Τελικό βίντεο: 13,5 δευτ., 1920x1080, 24 fps, αρχεία υποτίτλων στα αραβικά και στα αγγλικά, ένα EDL και μια αναφορά παράδοσης με κάθε μετρημένο αριθμό. 8 ώρες και 6 λεπτά από το prompt μέχρι την παράδοση, από τα οποία περίπου 3 ώρες και 5 λεπτά ήταν εργασία και τα υπόλοιπα δύο παύσεις ορίου χρήσης. The raw stays whole: one 10.0 s take, every word kept, no speed change, no grade on the person except the black and white beat the reference itself uses. Each of the five spoken sentences gets one of the reference's signature moves, in the reference's own order: rack-focus open with the red disk and stacked kinetic words behind the head, a punch-in with the glass caption capsule, a quick burst of tinted real footage, the black and white glass-panel word scroll, the neon title.
