Ice ने दोनों फ़ाइलों की जाँच की, रेफ़रेंस को उसके शॉट में काटा और कच्चे वीडियो का शब्द-दर-शब्द ट्रांसक्रिप्ट लोकल Whisper मॉडल (large-v3-turbo) से बनाया। पहली हैरानी: कच्चे वीडियो का वक्ता अरबी नहीं, अंग्रेज़ी बोलता है: “Leadership is not about having all the answers...”। वीडियो उसकी आवाज़ को छुए बिना रखती और स्क्रीन पर मानक अरबी में एक सटीक अनुवाद दिखाती।
रेफ़रेंस को नापना
60 सेकंड के प्रोमो को नापा गया, आँख से अंदाज़ा नहीं लगाया गया: कट की लय, लाल डिस्क और उसके रंग, लाल बिंदु वाला काँच जैसा कैप्शन कैप्सूल, रंगीन आर्काइव बर्स्ट, एंड कार्ड। Al Jazeera 360 का आधिकारिक लोगो और हाउस फ़ॉन्ट प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की अपनी वेबसाइट aljazeera360.com से लिए गए।
वक्ता को अलग करना

विराम, और मालिक के तीन नोट
सेशन इस्तेमाल की सीमा तक पहुँचा और 1 घंटा 42 मिनट रुका रहा। इस बीच Omar ने तीन नोट भेजे: कोड से बना कोई संगीत या साउंड इफ़ेक्ट नहीं, सिर्फ़ असली लाइब्रेरी रिकॉर्डिंग, चुनने के लिए तीन ट्रैक के साथ; रेफ़रेंस से नक़ल किए हर तत्व की बोले हुए में कोई वजह हो, और वक्ता हमेशा रोशन रहे; और उम्दा फ़िनिशिंग (मोशन ब्लर, डेप्थ ब्लर, फ़िल्म टेक्सचर, विनेट, ग्लो, ग्रेड) रेफ़रेंस से नापी जाए और उन्हीं वजहों से लगाई जाए।
हर तत्व की एक वजह

Approach (02)
The raw stays whole: one 10.0 s take, every word kept, no speed change, no grade on the person except the black and white beat the reference itself uses. Each of the five spoken sentences gets one of the reference's signature moves, in the reference's own order: rack-focus open with the red disk and stacked kinetic words behind the head, a punch-in with the glass caption capsule, a quick burst of tinted real footage, the black and white glass-panel word scroll, the neon title. The Al Jazeera 360 bug, the "يعرض الآن" badge and the app capsule stay on top as in the reference, and the platform end card closes the film. Density is heavy (every line carries a graphic), as measured on the reference; cuts sit only between sentences.
