Por qué estas partes
No se eligió nada: se usó la toma completa. El prompt pedía el montaje «con el contenido propio del raw», y el raw entero son cinco frases habladas en 10 segundos, así que la ejecución conservó cada palabra, sin cortar y a su propia velocidad (decisión D-07: el habla nunca se corta, acelera ni se desvanece antes de su última palabra). Solo se dejaron fuera los últimos 0.005 s de silencio. Lo que la ejecución eligió fue lo que lleva cada frase: el movimiento de la referencia que ese mismo tipo de frase dispara en la promo de Al Jazeera 360, equipos reales de la NASA trabajando bajo «others» y «solutions» (3.85 a 6.30 s, el sonido del raw continúa) y la cartela de cierre de la plataforma tras la última palabra.

El prompt
Un mensaje, transmitido por una sesión principal: montar una toma de estudio en bruto de 10 segundos exactamente con el estilo de montaje de una promo de Al Jazeera 360, conservar el contenido del raw y la identidad de la plataforma tal como es, buscar el material oficial real más reciente, no hacer preguntas iniciales, pero mostrar una previsualización antes de construir el video. Los dos archivos venían de la carpeta de recursos de un tutorial de YouTube sobre montaje al estilo Al Jazeera.
Lectura de los dos videos
Ice sondeó los dos archivos, cortó la referencia en sus planos y transcribió el raw palabra por palabra con un modelo Whisper local (large-v3-turbo). La primera sorpresa: el orador del raw habla inglés, no árabe: «Leadership is not about having all the answers...». El video dejaría su voz intacta y pondría en pantalla una traducción fiel al árabe estándar moderno.
Medición de la referencia
La promo de 60 segundos se midió, no se calculó a ojo: ritmo de cortes, el disco rojo y sus colores, la cápsula de subtítulos de vidrio con su punto rojo, los destellos de archivo teñidos, la cartela de cierre. El logo oficial de Al Jazeera 360 y las tipografías de la casa se tomaron del propio sitio de la plataforma, aljazeera360.com.
Recorte del orador
La referencia desliza palabras y un disco rojo detrás de la cabeza del presentador. Para hacerlo en el raw, Ice creó una máscara de persona para los 240 fotogramas (rembg, u2net_human_seg), de modo que los gráficos puedan pasar entre el orador y el estudio. En paralelo, un agente auxiliar buscó material oficial reciente.
Brief, dirección y plan
Con las preguntas iniciales dispensadas, cada decisión abierta se tomó y se registró con sus alternativas: un montaje broll-overlay, 16:9 a 1920x1080 y 24 fps, 13.5 s (los 10 s de habla más la cartela de cierre de la plataforma), sin nombre para el orador porque no se dio ninguno. Cada una de las cinco frases habladas recibió el movimiento de la referencia que ese mismo tipo de frase dispara allí. La primera versión de la página del video se escribió a las 00:50.
En pausa, y tres notas del propietario
La sesión llegó a su límite de uso y esperó 1 h 42 min. Mientras tanto Omar envió tres notas: nada de música ni efectos de sonido hechos con código, solo grabaciones reales de biblioteca, con tres pistas para elegir; cada elemento copiado de la referencia debe tener una razón en el habla, y el orador siempre queda iluminado; y el acabado premium (desenfoque de movimiento, desenfoque de profundidad, textura de película, viñeta, resplandor, etalonaje) debe medirse en la referencia y aplicarse por las mismas razones.
Una razón para cada elemento
Ice transcribió también la referencia y armó una tabla de lo que dispara cada elemento allí. Se descartó todo lo que no tenía disparador en nuestro habla: el título de neón, la mira, la bandera, la insignia «now showing». Para «others» y «solutions» eligió equipos reales trabajando de la biblioteca de la NASA de 2026 (una simulación de la cuenta regresiva de Artemis III y la sala del amerizaje de Orion), dominio público con la NASA acreditada. Un segundo agente encontró en Pixabay tres pistas de música y un efecto grabado por movimiento.
La previsualización
La página de composición se reescribió sobre el nuevo plan, se revisó en fotogramas fijos y se renderizó a media resolución con desenfoque de movimiento. A las 03:30 el propietario recibió tres previsualizaciones, una por pista de biblioteca, con la tabla de razones, como pedía el prompt: nada se construyó a tamaño completo antes de su respuesta.
La elección del propietario
La respuesta de Omar, seis minutos después: A y B eran muy buenas las dos, eligió B, «Deep Bass Cinematic Tension Forensic Noir Investigative Pulse» de Jose Luligo.
Build Full HD y un espectador sin contexto
El render 1080p empezó enseguida, con la mezcla final a -14 LUFS. Falló una vez porque el disco C estaba lleno y se repitió en el disco D. Un agente nuevo vio el video sin contexto: captó la idea («los buenos líderes hacen preguntas y dejan que el equipo encuentre las respuestas, juntos») y nombró Al Jazeera 360 por el logo y la cartela de cierre, pero no supo quiénes eran las personas de los planos de archivo, así que se añadió una etiqueta de fuente «المصدر: ناسا». Con el logo y el nombre tapados, no pudo nombrar la plataforma en ninguno de seis fotogramas; para este tipo de montaje esa prueba es un control extra, informado como no superado.
De nuevo en pausa
Un segundo límite de uso detuvo la ejecución 3 h 19 min, en medio del ensamblaje final.
Controles y cartela de cierre
De vuelta en marcha, se empalmó la etiqueta de fuente y todos los controles corrieron sobre el archivo final: especificación, -14.1 LUFS, ningún fotograma negro o blanco, cinco cortes. El control de movimiento halló la cartela de cierre quieta unos 2.5 s; la de la referencia se asienta despacio, así que se añadió una suave deriva que se frena hasta el reposo y la parte quieta bajó a 1.4 s.

Video final: 13.5 s, 1920x1080, 24 fps, archivos de subtítulos en árabe e inglés, una EDL y un informe de entrega con cada número medido. 8 h 6 min desde el prompt hasta la entrega, de las cuales unas 3 h 5 min fueron trabajo y el resto dos pausas por límites de uso. Approach (02)
The raw stays whole: one 10.0 s take, every word kept, no speed change, no grade on the person except the black and white beat the reference itself uses. Each of the five spoken sentences gets one of the reference's signature moves, in the reference's own order: rack-focus open with the red disk and stacked kinetic words behind the head, a punch-in with the glass caption capsule, a quick burst of tinted real footage, the black and white glass-panel word scroll, the neon title. The Al Jazeera 360 bug, the "يعرض الآن" badge and the app capsule stay on top as in the reference, and the platform end card closes the film. Density is heavy (every line carries a graphic), as measured on the reference; cuts sit only between sentences.
